Abu Dhabi, UAE: As part of Rotana Earth, the Global Corporate Sustainability Platform, colleagues from Centro & Arjaan, Capital Centre, Abu Dhabi participated in the nationwide Cleanup campaign organized by the Emirates Environment Group, by lending voluntary hours towards the cause.
The Cleanup UAE campaign brings together people from all walks of life and creates awareness as well as advocates the cause of sustainable living. The Abu Dhabi version was held at Al Samha, Heritage Club and over 11 tonnes of waste was collected. The event was attended by more than 2000 participants from all sectors of society who joined hands to be a part of the biggest environmental campaign in the UAE.
In this regard, General Manager Mr Enad Tannous said “ We are extremely proud to have participated in this noble campaign through the efforts of our colleagues” he further added “ I would like to thank Emirates Environment Group for this opportunity to play our role in the nationwide clean up drive”
