Dubai, United Arab Emirates: La Mandorle, a French company with expertise in the production of organic plant based milks and high nutritional value food solutions since 1989, will be exhibiting its latest products at Gulfood 2021 from February 21st to the 25th at the French Pavilion located in Sheikh Saeed Hall- stand S1-K30. A key highlight will be the showcase of the newest products from La Mandorle’s hero brand, Bebe M. The team leaders will be on the ground to present all the specialties capturing the interest of potential partners from the region.
At Gulfood, La Mandorle will be showing some of its most loved product lines from its flagship brand, Bebe M while also revealing the newest innovations and quality refinements to interested visitors.

La Mandorle’s products have been firmly established as a leader in healthy, natural, organic and sustainable food products. It was the first organic almond milk producer in France and has strong expertise in the development of vegetal dairy free and gluten free products. As an almond milk specialist, all of La Mandorle’s products are 100 % plant-based and organic. The ranges include instant powdered milks, ready-to-drink milks, and cooking creams.
Bebe M, La Mandorle’s award-winning brand and the first Organic Plant-based Infant Range for the ages of 0 to 3 years old will be one of the main highlights at the exhibition. All of Bebe M’s products are organically farmed, 100% plant based, gluten free (certified by the French Association of Gluten Intolerance), palm oil free, soy free and dairy free.
Important innovations on these products include:
- Partial hydrolysate of 100% organic rice protein obtained naturally thanks to a mild enzyme process and developed according to current regulations.
- The unique 100% plant-based formulations using selected ingredients which respect young children’s physiology as closely as possible (i.e. without milk or dairy products, free from gluten, soy and nuts, palm oil or trans fatty acids, saccharose, flavoring or coloring agents.
- Enriched with EPA DHA extracted from marine algae, providing Omega 3 intake in accordance with children’s regulations and remains 100% vegetable.
- Enriched with natural source of calcium.
- Certified organic and licensed by AFDIAG (French Association of Gluten Intolerance), it is suitable for feeding healthy infants and toddlers and is intended for use during the weaning period.
The products are made with qualitative, cold-pressed virgin oils that bring in balanced essential fatty acids and natural nutritional supplements. The manufacturing process is also low temperature and in a controlled encapsulation and dehydration production process preserving the nutrients while avoiding the overdosage of additives.
The product range includes the Infant Formulas for stages 1 to 2 (from ages O to 3), Cereals with protein supplement for stage 3 (from 10 months to 3 years), My 1st Cereal (from 4 months onwards), the cereals range from 6 months onwards such as the Cereals & Fruits, Cereals & Vegetables, Cereals & Vanilla, to the Cereals & Cocoa (from 8 months onwards).
