DUBAI, United Arab Emirates: The Middle East is home to some of the world’s biggest malls, tallest towers, most luxurious hotels and fastest growing ports. This is underpinned by steady investment to set the foundation for future growth. The Dubai Plan 2021, Qatar National Vision 2030 and Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 are just some of the comprehensive government-led expansion programmes being implemented.
