Dubai: The Dubai Land Department has awarded Harbor Real Estate the gold ranking as the best real estate brokerage company in 2020.
Harbor Real Estate is the only company to receive the gold ranking for four years in a row in the history of Dubai.
The company was chosen from around 2,000 real estate brokerage offices and more than 4,500 real estate brokers by the Land and property Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency according to international professional standards.
Mohanad Alwadiya, CEO of Harbor Real Estate, was also received the highest rating as a real estate consultant locally. He received a four-star rating, which is the highest in the classification of real estate brokers in Dubai.
Alwadiya has extensive experience in the real estate and investment fields, which makes him one of the most important influencers in the real estate sector. He is a best selling author in the real estate field, a lecturer at Dubai Real Estate Institute, and a real estate program presenter in a number of local and regional radio and TV channels.
