Guests look to the skies: space mission celebrated with surprise fireworks display

Since Thursday, February 4th, Global Village’s iconic structures have all been lit in red, in honour of Mission Mars. The success of the first Arab Mars mission was livestreamed on the park’s Main Stage. To celebrate this momentous occasion, the Global Village management team pressed the Fireworks Button to launch an all-red fireworks display to the surprise and delight of everyone in the park. Simultaneously, the Global Village Lake’s Fire Fountain Show played above the world’s largest underwater screen which showed the “Arabs to Mars” logo. Global Village leadership was delighted to celebrate this inspirational accomplishment with their guests, partners and teams to ensure that the evening was another Silver Jubilee Season highlight.
