MECSC’s Next Generation Events – connecting retail professionals across the Middle East
Dubai: The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and the International Council of Shopping Centres gear up to host the much awaited Next Generation Networking Reception at Oman Avenues Mall on Wednesday 28th of September from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.
David Macadam, CEO, MECSC highlights that “With every Next Gen event, we try to offer something new to the visitors and this one is no exception; we will be hosting – “Shane Philip”s – CEO of the Philips Group in Dubai, UAE as a guest speaker, Shane will be discussing “Customer Experience as Competitive Advantage” highlighting the latest trends amongst consumers and emphasizing on the retail sector.”
Shane Phillips – CEO of The Phillips Group, a leading Management Consultancy in the Middle East region with a specialization in HR Consulting. The Phillips Group was originally founded in 1984 and has been helping the region’s largest companies build championship leadership teams for two generations. From assisting Fortune 500 companies acquire and retain top performing senior executives or advising leading Chief Executive Officers on developing their human capital, Shane has executed CXO assignments all over the world. His passion for helping people and companies develop leadership capability has driven him to engage the media, where he has created the region’s most popular talk radio career show on Dubai Eye 103.8 called “Eye On Careers”, he was the host of the most popular locally produced South Asian business show on Zee TV called “Top Guns”, and his latest show to air in July 2016 on Star TV is called “Crucial Choice”.
