Agreements with Microsoft, DHL, e& UAE, PMI, and Dubai Insurance will deliver preferential rates, specialist services, and global reach
Abu Dhabi- UAE. May 2026 –The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry today announced the launch of its ‘Member Privileges’ initiative through five new strategic partnership agreements with Microsoft, DHL, e& UAE, Project Management Institute, and Dubai Insurance.
The agreements align with the Chamber’s 2025–2028 roadmap, which focuses on fostering a more competitive and sustainable business environment while supporting companies in navigating rapid economic and technological transformation, with particular emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Through the initiative, Abu Dhabi Chamber members will gain access to a comprehensive range of benefits and services, including advanced digital and cloud solutions from Microsoft, global logistics and shipping services through DHL, connectivity and digital transformation solutions from e& UAE, as well as professional development opportunities and globally recognised certifications offered by Project Management Institute. Members will also benefit from tailored insurance solutions provided by Dubai Insurance. In addition, the initiative offers preferential rates, priority access, and specialist services from leading local and international partners.

Summary of Strategic Partnership MoUs
Microsoft:
The MoU with Microsoft aims to advance the digital transformation of Abu Dhabi’s business community, particularly SMEs, by providing tailored Microsoft digital solutions such as Office 365, Dynamics, and Azure. The agreement supports productivity, operational efficiency, and long-term digital development. It outlines a framework for sharing information, exploring joint capabilities, and defining future collaboration. Key goals include building a comprehensive digital ecosystem, ensuring secure and compliant platforms that meet local regulations, and encouraging sustainability through cloud adoption and environmentally conscious technologies. The partnership will also promote digital literacy by offering training and development initiatives, helping Chamber members strengthen competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth.
DHL:
Members of the Abu Dhabi Chamber will gain access to a tailored suite of DHL services designed to support small and medium businesses. These benefits include express international shipping, customs clearance assistance, green logistics solutions through the GoGreen program, digital tools for shipment management and tracking, and dedicated SME account management. Through this collaboration, both parties aim to help new and growing businesses expand internationally with greater speed, efficiency, and operational confidence. The agreement also allows the Chamber and DHL to explore additional areas of cooperation to further enhance business support and strengthen the overall value delivered to members.
e& UAE:
e& UAE and the Abu Dhabi Chamber will collaborate to support business growth and digital transformation across Abu Dhabi’s private sector, particularly SMEs. Under the agreement, the Chamber will promote e&’s preferential offers to its members, who will gain access to a unified landing page featuring a wide range of e& products and services, including business connectivity, digital solutions, VAT management, UTAP payment systems, cloud services, cybersecurity tools, and mobile plans. The partnership will also include joint events, sponsorships, and initiatives to strengthen SME capabilities in digital adoption, sustainability, ESG readiness, and innovation. Both parties will explore green financing opportunities, capacity‑building programs, and sector‑specific solutions, while aligning efforts with ‘Member Privileges’ and Sustainability Label initiatives.
Part of this agreement is to provide Microsoft with tailored digital solutions to meet the needs of the Chamber and its members.
PMI:
PMI and Abu Dhabi Chamber will collaborate to enhance project management excellence for Chamber members through discounted certifications, memberships, and access to PMI’s Partner Platform. The partnership supports the adoption of global best practices in Green Project Management and develops future‑ready capabilities in AI‑driven Cognitive Project Management. Members will benefit from access to PMI’s international knowledge network, professional development opportunities, and globally recognised resources. Both parties will co‑organise events, workshops, and conferences focused on sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship while supporting capacity‑building in the green economy.
Dubai Insurance:
The agreement aims to establish a framework for joint cooperation between the Abu Dhabi Chamber and Dubai Insurance, whereby Dubai Insurance will provide a range of discounted and exclusive insurance offers to members of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, while the Chamber will support the promotion of these offers and disseminate them to its members and cooperate with Dubai Insurance to attract them to register and benefit from them.
