Abu Dhabi, July 2026: École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio has opened its August intake for the Culinary Arts Essentials and French Pastry Arts Essentials programs, set to begin on August 10.
Designed for aspiring chefs, hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs and culinary enthusiasts, the intensive eight-week programmes equip participants with the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional discipline needed to build a strong foundation in culinary arts or French pastry.
Delivered by experienced chef instructors, both programmes combine theoretical learning with hands-on training and reflect the internationally recognised standards and teaching philosophy of École Ducasse.
The Culinary Arts Essentials programme provides a structured foundation in professional cookery, covering core techniques, product knowledge, kitchen organisation, disciplined execution and key managerial and entrepreneurial principles. Meanwhile, the French Pastry Arts Essentials programme develops essential skills across classic doughs, creams, cakes and desserts, with a strong emphasis on precision, consistency and technical control.
