AVELIN AI, a sovereign AI platform built for enterprises and governments in regulated industries, announced today that it has been accepted into Launchpad by Oraseya Capital, a founder residency program based at Dubai Silicon Oasis supporting early-stage tech founders as they build and scale their companies.
Launchpad is a six-month, zero-cost, equity-free residency designed to support ambitious tech founders with direct access to the Oraseya Capital investment team, mentorship from industry experts, monthly pitch development, and more than $500,000 in software credits. The program also offers fast-track consideration for SANDBOX by Oraseya Capital, the firm’s flagship investment program, for founders ready to take the next step.
“Being part of Launchpad gives us direct access to a network of investors, operators, and fellow founders who understand what it takes to build deep-tech companies in this region,” said Yury Akinin, Founder and CEO, AVELIN AI. “As we continue scaling AVELIN’s sovereign AI infrastructure across the Gulf and beyond, this kind of hands-on support and access to Dubai’s startup ecosystem is invaluable.“
AVELIN joins Launchpad as it continues to build out its Cross-Model Fusion technology and expand its sovereign, air-gapped AI platform for regulated enterprises and governments. The company has already secured backing from technology partners including NVIDIA Inception, AWS Activate, and the Dubai Future Foundation, alongside programs with Red Hat, DigitalOcean, and OVHcloud.
Launchpad is run in partnership with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) and forms part of a broader push to position Dubai as a global hub for early-stage tech founders.
