AHK worldwide appointed as interior and fit out contractor to deliver the project
Ras Al Khaimah – July, 2026 – Al Hamra Group, the leading lifestyle developer and investment company in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the appointment of AHK Worldwide as the main interior fit-out contractor for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah.
The announcement follows a series of landmark achievements for the development, including the recent sale of the Sky Palace for USD 35.4 million; the highest-value single residential transaction ever recorded in Ras Al Khaimah, alongside the USD 15 million sale of the project’s signature penthouse. Together, these milestones reinforce strong international demand for the development and underscore Al Hamra’s foray into the ultra-luxury segment of the emirate’s residential real estate market.
The appointment of AHK worldwide marks a key stage in the delivery of the USD 225 million Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah, one of the region’s most prestigious branded residential developments. With completion scheduled in the first half of 2028, AHK Worldwide will be responsible for the full interior fit-out scope, delivering the craftsmanship, precision, and elevated detailing expected of a Waldorf Astoria branded residence.
