The launch reinforces Al Safadi Hospitality’s strategic expansion into new contemporary brands, building on a 25-year legacy in Lebanese dining and hospitality.
This rapid expansion introduces a “One Oven” philosophy that fuses Levantine heritage with global touches, creating a signature experience tailored for Dubai’s fast-paced diners. Designed as a modern, fast-casual concept, Oventine brings together the comfort of a neighborhood bakery with the efficiency and energy of urban dining hubs.
Oventine launched in 2025 as a modern quick service concept built around flatbreads, Manakish, “Wraps” and Wholesome Bowls. The new Motor City outpost offers dine-in, takeaway and delivery through Talabat and Deliveroo, with Careem to follow subject to platform launch timelines, targeting Dubai’s vibrant residential and working communities. This opening builds directly on Al Safadi’s heritage of quality and authenticity across every step of expansion.
The Oventine menu offers a curated selection that redefines the traditional Lebanese bakery experience through a sophisticated, fast-casual lens. Centered around its signature artisanal dough, the menu features a diverse range of “Flatties” and freshly baked “Wraps” that seamlessly blend heritage flavours with contemporary global influences, complemented by vibrant, protein-rich Bowls and creative dips for an elevated “oven-to-table” experience.
