Three-day property and investment platform to bring 3,000+ attendees to World Market Center ,Las Vegas from September 23–25
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – 26 AUGUST 2026 – America’s Property Exhibition (APEX) Las Vegas 2026, co-located with Smarter Home Furnishing and the Smarter Infrastructure Summit, is set to bring together the real estate, investment, development, smart living, and infrastructure communities for three days of networking, knowledge exchange, business opportunities, and cross-market engagement from September 23–25, 2026, at World Market Center Las Vegas.
The co-located events will create a broader platform connecting property professionals, investors, developers, technology providers, infrastructure experts, and industry decision-makers, showcasing emerging opportunities across the built environment and the future of smart living and infrastructure.
While APEX will provide a platform for property companies and investment opportunities from across the United States and international markets, this year’s Las Vegas edition is placing a strong emphasis on industry associations, chambers of commerce, business networks and community-led activities. More than an exhibition, APEX is being positioned as a meeting point where established industry organizations can engage directly with their members, partners and the wider investment community.
Vegas Chamber Joins APEX as a Supporter
A key addition to the APEX Las Vegas ecosystem is the Vegas Chamber, one of Southern Nevada’s leading business organizations, which is supporting the event and contributing to its broader business-networking agenda.
The partnership will extend beyond event participation, with the Vegas Chamber set to host its first-ever International Business Network (IBN) Networking Event at APEX on September 23, the opening day of the exhibition.
The IBN gathering will create an opportunity for internationally focused businesses, investors and business leaders to connect with members of the Chamber and explore opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
The event is expected to provide a focused environment for introductions, business discussions and relationship-building between the Chamber’s network and the international audience attending APEX.
Greater Las Vegas REIA to Bring Its Member Community to APEX
The Greater Las Vegas Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) is also supporting APEX Las Vegas, strengthening the event’s connection with the local investment community.
As part of its involvement, Greater Las Vegas REIA will conduct its monthly members meeting on September 23 at APEX, bringing its member base into the wider APEX environment and creating opportunities for investors to engage with developers, real estate professionals, service providers and other members of the property ecosystem.
The integration of an established local association meeting within APEX reflects the event’s objective of creating value not only for international participants, but also for the existing Las Vegas real estate community.
Industry Associations Create a Wider Business Platform
APEX is also working with leading industry associations and professional networks to encourage their members to participate in the three-day event.
Among the organizations supporting the Las Vegas edition is the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Las Vegas, which has partnered with APEX to connect its community with the event and its broader programme.
The involvement of organizations such as AREAA Las Vegas and Greater Las Vegas REIA, alongside the Vegas Chamber, gives APEX a broader community dimension – connecting international investors and businesses with established local and professional networks.
APEX’s official programme currently highlights 10+ industry associations alongside its broader network of partners and supporters.
Strong International and Cross-Market Participation
APEX Las Vegas is the fourth edition of the America’s Property Exhibition platform, following previous editions in New York, Miami and Chicago. The Las Vegas edition will take place at World Market Center Las Vegas from September 23–25, 2026.
The event’s programme will bring together participants from multiple markets, with conference discussions covering investment, residential development, infrastructure, architecture, family offices, international buyers, proptech and other areas influencing the future of real estate.
The association-led component adds another layer to this international participation by providing established communities with a structured environment to meet new partners, introduce their members to new markets and facilitate business connections.
A Meeting Point for the Real Estate Community
“APEX Las Vegas is not simply about bringing an exhibition to the city. It is about creating a platform where the organizations that already drive the real estate and business community can actively participate and bring their networks into the conversation,” said Akhil Varma, Project Manager, APEX Las Vegas. “The support of the Vegas Chamber, Greater Las Vegas REIA, AREAA Las Vegas and our wider network of associations and media partners demonstrates the strength of the ecosystem we are building around APEX.”
