Dubai, UAE, August 2026 – Arabian Center Mall will host the FREEJ Back to School activation from 7 to 23 August, bringing Dubai’s most beloved animated characters to life for families across the UAE. Created by Lammtara Art Production, the activation will run daily from 3pm to 10pm, combining an exciting on-ground experience with live character appearances to give families a fun and immersive way to prepare for the new academic year.
The activation transforms a corner of the mall into a playful world, anchored by the iconic FREEJ School Bus, where families can step inside for keepsake photos surrounded by their favourite characters. Activities on offer include:
- The FREEJ School Bus Photo Zone, where families can step inside the iconic bus for keepsake photos with their favourite characters
- A Creative Workshop, where children assemble and personalise their own FREEJ wooden bus craft to take home
- A Puzzle Zone, offering interactive FREEJ matching games that bring friends and siblings together over shared problem solving
- Guess What’s in the Bag, a touch and guess challenge where children identify hidden school items for the chance to win a FREEJ plush toy
Tying the experience together is the FREEJ Passport Mission, a specially designed adventure passport that children carry through each activity station, collecting stamps along the way before redeeming a FREEJ reward once their journey is complete.
The excitement continues every Friday and Saturday, as the beloved FREEJ characters make six scheduled appearances throughout the day. Families can enjoy meet-and-greet opportunities, capture memorable moments with the cast, and participate in plush toy giveaways, creating a lively, festival-like atmosphere that makes Arabian Center Mall the ultimate family destination for Back to School season.
A merchandise corner rounds up the experience, offering FREEJ storybooks, activity kits, school accessories, T-shirts and toys for families keen to bring a piece of the adventure home.
