SAP is the world’s largest vendor of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ongoing deployment of SAP ERP throughout Azizi Group, including development, manufacturing, and facilities and asset management, represents a key step in strengthening the developer’s systems and controls. The implementation supports integrated data management, standardized processes, and real-time visibility across functions, enabling more efficient coordination and reporting across operations.
Once fully implemented, the SAP platform is expected to serve as a single, unified system across Azizi Group’s operations, enabling faster month-end and year-end closing, improved financial reporting accuracy, and more efficient intercompany reconciliation. Standardization across finance, procurement, and sales functions will strengthen internal controls while maintaining the flexibility required to support ongoing expansion. The initiative is expected to result in lower operational costs, faster rollout of new group companies, quicker strategic decision-making, and earlier identification of underperforming entities, without reliance on batch processing or standalone data warehouses.
In parallel, Azizi Developments has upgraded its Avaya telecom system, eliminating physical cabling and desk phones. This transition enhances flexibility and reliability across internal communications, while supporting the company’s sustainability objectives through reduced hardware dependency and lower e-waste.
Moreover, the developer continues to strengthen its centralized data center environment, consolidating systems to support seamless connectivity, redundancy, and high availability across corporate and project operations. Azizi Developments has also enhanced capabilities within its Salesforce CRM to further streamline customer engagement and payment processes.
