betterhomes has appointed Alex Leigh as Director of Operations, further strengthening its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth across the UAE.
Leigh joins betterhomes, bringing over 19 years of real estate experience across Dubai, London, and the south-east of England. He has held roles across the full brokerage lifecycle, from sales to operations, and is a MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor. This rich experience offers him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how high-performance real estate businesses operate and scale.
Alex joins the senior leadership team alongside Louis Harding, CEO of betterhomes; Rupert Simmonds, Director of Leasing; and Marcus Flacks, Director of Marketing, as the company sharpens its operational platform to support continued growth in one of the world’s most fast-paced and desirable property markets.
In his new role, Leigh will oversee operational functions across the business, working closely with teams to strengthen infrastructure, improve day-to-day execution and support betterhomes’ continued growth. He will drive the firm’s technology roadmap, including intelligent automation, and a data-led CRM to improve agent effectiveness and client outcomes, as the company accelerates its strategic expansion across the UAE.
