Coffee – an addiction, an obsession, a lifestyle! To celebrate International Coffee Day, uber-cool Cypher Urban Roastery – well known for its specialty coffee and fair trade practices – is taking over Mondoux, a chic yet cosy European-inspired eatery in Dubai Creek Harbour, to offer coffee lovers a fun-filled and knowledge-enriching experience. In addition to serving a cup of coffee on the house to every guest, the two F&B concepts have partnered to offer complimentary workshops to the city’s coffee gourmands on Friday, 1st October 2021. 

Introduction to Specialty Coffee, Cypher Roastery and Manual Brewing, 12:00 – 1:30pm 

Providing insight into the history of coffee and knowledge from bean to cup, including actual brewing methods using the V60 and French Press, this interactive workshop caters to coffee enthusiasts or home baristas looking to achieve the best results. In addition to great coffee, guests will be offered a selection of Mondoux’s delectable canapés to keep them fuelled throughout the session.

Latte Art, 2:00 – 3:30pm 

Always impressed with the beautiful design that comes with your latte? Then this one is definitely for you! Roll-up your sleeves and learn some latte art, including basic coffee knowledge and milk frothing techniques, at this hands-on workshop. A great way to spend an afternoon: gain a new skill, sample some delicious coffee and tuck into Mondoux’s signature coffee-based Tiramisu!
