Deloitte Middle East launches 5th edition of Technology Fast 50, celebrating a new generation of regional tech champions across Middle East & Cyprus

  • Milestone 5th edition highlights the strength, diversity and ambition of the region’s tech ecosystem
  • Companies from across the Middle East and Cyprus recognized across five categories, reflecting a broader, more inclusive innovation landscape

Middle East, April , 2026: Deloitte Middle East has announced the launch of the 5th edition of its Technology Fast 50 program, celebrating the fastest-growing technology companies across the Middle East and Cyprus, and spotlighting the founders shaping the region’s future.

The program has evolved into a powerful platform for recognizing not only growth, but the resilience, ambition and ingenuity of the region’s tech ecosystem. At a time of global uncertainty, this year’s cohort stands as a testament to the strength of homegrown innovation and the increasing maturity of the wider EMEA technology landscape.

The Technology Fast 50 program ranks companies based on revenue growth over the past four years, while also celebrating excellence across five distinct categories: Fast 50, Rising Star, Impact, Women in Leadership, and Kiyadat — meaning ‘leadership’. The final category spotlights established technology companies led by GCC founders and CEOs, driving scale, maturity and long-term impact across the region.

Each of the categories is designed to spotlight different dimensions of innovation, from high-growth scale-ups to purpose-driven and founder-led businesses.

This year’s results mark several important milestones for the program. The Fast 50 Top 5 include three UAE-based companies and two from Saudi Arabia, the first time these markets have so strongly dominated the top tier. The Top 10 Rising Stars, recognizing younger companies with high growth potential, is composed entirely of UAE and Saudi Arabia businesses, highlighting the depth and momentum of these ecosystems.

Beyond growth, the program continues to spotlight impact and leadership across the region. The Impact category, which recognizes companies that embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles at the core of their business, features 13 companies from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, alongside the program’s first-ever company from Oman, selected following a live pitch to a Deloitte jury. Their entry underscores the rise of purpose-led innovation across new markets.

The Women in Leadership category reflects a truly regional footprint, with 17companies recognized across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Egypt, and Qatar, demonstrating the growing influence of diverse leadership in shaping the future of technology.

Meanwhile, the Kiyadat category continues to spotlight established tech companies led by GCC founders and CEOs, with representation from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. It highlights the strength and scale of regional leadership as companies mature and expand.

Together, these categories paint a broader picture of an ecosystem that is not only growing but diversifying, maturing, and expanding beyond traditional hubs.

Mutasem Dajani, CEO of Deloitte Middle East, said: “The 5th edition of the Technology Fast 50 is not just a reflection of growth, it is a celebration of the stories behind that growth. Across the region, we are seeing founders building resilient, forward-looking businesses that are scaling with purpose and competing on a global stage. This year’s program highlights the strength, diversity and ambition of our ecosystem, and reinforces the Middle East’s growing role as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.”

In addition to the rankings, this year’s report provides deeper insights into the trends shaping the regional technology landscape, offering investors, policymakers, and industry leaders a clearer view of where the next wave of growth will come from.

Looking ahead, selected winners from this year’s program are set to be recognized at the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) level, offering a pathway to global recognition through Deloitte’s prestigious EMEA Technology Fast 500, further elevating the region’s most promising companies onto the international stage.

By recognizing high-growth businesses and amplifying their stories, the Technology Fast 50 program continues to play a key role in fueling a more dynamic, competitive, and future-ready technology ecosystem across the Middle East and Cyprus.
