‎Delsco Group Launches “Khutwa” National Talent Program to Develop and Empower Emirati Talent‎

‎Dubai, United Arab Emirates

‎Delsco Group has announced the launch of the Khutwa National Talent Program, a new leadership and development program designed specifically to qualify and empower Emirati employees working in various companies across the Group, as part of its ongoing commitment to support Emiratisation goals and invest in the development of national competencies within the private sector.‎

‎The name of the Khutwa National Talent Program reflects the participants’ journey towards advanced stages in their careers, by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance their professional and leadership readiness and prepare them for future leadership positions.‎

‎The Khutwa program, which was launched in September 2026, will last for eight weeks, with the participation of 17 Emirati employees, as part of the Group’s efforts to develop national competencies and enable them to contribute effectively in various fields of work.‎

‎The Khutwa program is an extension of Delsco Group’s leadership development system, which includes the “Emerging Leadership Development” program for managers and the “Entrepreneurial Leadership” program for department heads, which have contributed to the preparation of leaders at various management levels. The new program focuses on Emirati employees in the early stages of their careers, with the aim of providing them with practical and leadership skills that enhance their readiness for growth and career advancement within the private sector.‎

‎The program includes a full weekly training day over eight weeks, combining training sessions, practical application in the work environment, and periodic assessments, and tests will be conducted after each unit, in addition to a final exam at the end of the program to measure the extent to which they have acquired the targeted knowledge and skills.‎

‎The program’s training curriculum has been carefully designed to enhance confidence in the work environment, develop communication skills, raise productivity levels, and build leadership capabilities through hands-on and hands-on learning experiences. The program includes a set of specialized training modules, most notably building a professional image and effective communication, active listening skills and communication channels, presentation and presentation skills, the basics of information technology and artificial intelligence, goal management and skills development, distinguishing between coaching and mentoring, as well as delegation and motivation skills.‎

‎Delsco Group believes that empowering Emirati talent starts with providing them with the skills, confidence and opportunities to succeed and excel in the private sector. The Khutwa National Talent Program is an important milestone in the career of employees, supporting the building of meaningful and sustainable career paths within the Group.‎

‎As part of its efforts to support Emiratisation, the Group is keen to highlight the promising career opportunities provided by the private sector, clear career paths, and practical experiences that contribute to the preparation of national competencies and enhance their competitiveness, in support of the country’s goals of building a knowledge- and innovation-based economy.‎

‎The first batch of the “Khutwa” National Talent Program was launched in September 2026 as part of the learning and development system at Delsco Group, which has more than 91 years of experience in developing competencies and building capabilities, and the program’s outputs will be evaluated after the completion of its first phase.‎
