In commemoration of the occasion of Hag Al Laila, Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, marked the middle of the month of Sha’ban, by distributing traditional sweets and gifts.
Every year, during this occasion, families across the UAE prepare to mark Hag Al Laila, a tradition rooted in the UAE’s culture. These special festivities embody Emirati values and represent the spirit of generosity, togetherness and faith.
Furthering social impact, Emirates Islamic commemorated the occasion by distributing traditional sweets and gifts to the bank’s employees, and gifts to children at Al Mawakeb Al Garhoud School, Zayed Educational Complex in Al Warqa’a, as well as the National Charity School Abu Hail, sharing in the joy of the festival and spreading happiness among the children.
The initiative reflects Emirates Islamic’s commitment to celebrating local traditions and fostering a spirit of community engagement.
