Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Launches Ticket Sales Ahead of 11 December Opening

Ticket pricing has been revealed with visitors now able to book and be among the first to experience Guggenheim Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – September 2026: The countdown to the 11 December opening of Guggenheim Abu Dhabi enters its next chapter as tickets to the new museum are now available at guggenheimabudhabi.ae.

General admission tickets to Guggenheim Abu Dhabi cost AED 70. Complimentary admission is available for visitors under 18, UAE students, and seniors aged 60 and above. Reduced admission rates are also available for eligible groups.

Through its collection, commissions, exhibitions and public programmes, the museum will offer new perspectives on modern and contemporary art; deepening understanding, expanding perspectives and offering new ways for people to engage with the art of our time.

Designed by the late Pritzker Architecture Prize Laureate Frank Gehry, the museum’s architecture is an integral part of the experience, with expansive galleries, interconnected spaces and extensive outdoor exhibition areas creating new possibilities for how art can be encountered. The building, located on Saadiyat Island, features 28 galleries across the interior, which is connected by a central atrium and 10 sculptural cones.

Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is the result of a visionary collaboration between the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation.

Located in the heart of Saadiyat Cultural District, overlooking the sea and designed by acclaimed architect Frank Gehry, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is an iconic landmark inspired by the architectural forms of the Gulf region. The museum has a total of 11,600 square metres spread across 28 galleries, in addition to 23,000 square metres of exterior exhibition spaces in the cones and terraces surrounding the building.
