Now represented by Spread Communications, the brand has firmly established itself as the kings of smoked cuisine and will continue to provide the same unrivalled quality in meats and customer service. Furthermore, since Local Fire has a state-of-the-art professional smoking unit; they proudly smoke their products and thus guarantee top notch quality and taste of the final product.
The next phase in the Local Fire culinary journey, will see the brand expanding into various other avenues including an online store, delivery, and catering services, to name a few.
Customers have been enjoying the magnificent slow cooked smoked brisket, pastrami, chicken wings, and sausages at the Local Fire outlet since it first opened in April 2021, at the Time Out Market Dubai.
