Huawei Brings AI-Powered Xinghe Intelligent Network to the Saudi Arabia IP Club 2026

By moving towards efficient fully autonomous networks, Huawei is allowing organizations to shift from reactive management to proactive, self-sustaining systems.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia –May, 2026: As enterprises across the Middle East accelerate the  integration of AI, Huawei convened industry leaders, customers, and partners at its Saudi Arabia IP Club 2026, bringing to the region its most advanced AI-driven Datacom portfolio, the upgraded Xinghe Intelligent Network, designed to accelerate the Kingdom’s digital and intelligent transformation across key sectors.

Held at the Crowne Plaza RDC Hotel, the event brought together stakeholders from government, finance, energy, education, healthcare, and enterprise sectors, reinforcing Huawei’s role as a strategic technology partner supporting the region’s digital ambitions. At the event, Huawei launched an all-new suite of Xinghe Intelligent Network products and solutions, marking their regional debut in the Middle East.

To address the growing demands for intelligence, Huawei has upgraded its Xinghe Intelligent Network to embrace the philosophy of secure intelligent connectivity. This upgrade delivers three key capabilities: green ultra-broadband, security and resilience, as well as network autonomy. Together, these capabilities strengthen the network foundation, ensure business stability, and enhance network intelligence, driving industrial all-scenario intelligence for Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Steven Shen, CTO of Huawei Saudi said: “AI is becoming a key driver of innovation across industries. In the AI era, networks are no longer just about connectivity. They need to be faster, more reliable, more secure, and more intelligent. Simply speaking, a strong AI future needs a strong IP network foundation. Huawei is committed to working with our customers and partners in Saudi Arabia to build future-ready IP networks, supporting digital transformation and AI development.”

Huawei officially released its cutting-edge L4 Autonomous Driving Network (ADN) solution for campuses, an industry-first that enables true network autonomy through self-awareness, analysis, decision-making, and handling. Complementing this, the fully upgraded Xinghe AI Campus offerings are engineered for the 10-Gigabit era, embedding AI into every layer of the campus network to deliver superfast wireless and full-scope security capabilities. The newly released Xinghe AI Campus Full-Scope Security Technology White Paper details these advanced security features, unveiling a groundbreaking approach to AI campus security that moves beyond isolated defenses to deliver comprehensive, proactive, and intelligent protection across all domains. Leading Saudi educational institutions, government agencies, and major players across the energy, finance, and healthcare sectors have already deployed the Xinghe AI Campus Solution to upgrade their campus network security.

Further enhancing network intelligence and protection, Huawei unveiled the Xinghe AI Network Security Solution, an all-scenario intelligent protection system that unifies digital and physical security with a zero-trust foundation across campuses, branches, and data centers, and provide “AI vs AI” defense capabilities to proactively counter advanced and evolving threats. For distributed enterprises, the cloud-native Xinghe AI Unified SASE Solution redefines cybersecurity with intelligent, cloud-delivered defense for remote branches and mobile endpoints, with Jeraisy Electronic Services in Saudi Arabia partnering with Huawei for its deployment. Additionally, Huawei introduced the Xinghe AI Fabric 2.0 Solution, designed for AI-driven workloads in data centers. Built on a three-layer network architecture comprising AI Brain, AI Connectivity, and AI Network Elements, it deeply integrates advanced capabilities to create an ultra-efficient, ultra-resilient next-generation computing network foundation for enterprises, offering precision and enhanced resilience for their advanced AI initiatives.

The event also featured a special awards ceremony recognizing outstanding IP Club members. Huawei honored these partners for their leadership in network innovation, providing a platform for them to share success stories and best practices in deploying intelligent IP foundations across the kingdom.

The announcements at Saudi Arabia IP Club 2026 reflect Huawei’s sustained commitment to bringing globally proven innovations to the Middle East with a clear purpose: to be the partner that turns digital ambition into operational reality.
