Designed to complement Akari’s evidence-based therapies, including Red Light Therapy and Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT), each drink is created with functional ingredients such as adaptogens, botanicals, collagen, and superfoods. The menu is entirely sugar-free and features Akari’s very own house-made macadamia milk, a lactose-free alternative that is naturally low in sugar, anti-inflammatory, and gentle on digestion.
The result is a menu that balances function and flavour without compromise. Signature blends include Shroom for Thought, a Lion’s Mane and Chaga latte designed to support focus; Mind Over Mushroom, a rich adaptogen-infused cacao latte; and Cloud Nine, a light matcha blended with coconut water. For skin and recovery support, options such as Soft Focus, combining collagen and tremella with cacao, and Skin in the Game, an adaptogen-infused coffee latte with collagen, are crafted to deliver benefits from the inside out. Refreshing blends like Holy Shift, a sparkling hibiscus tea, alongside vibrant choices featuring blue spirulina matcha, beetroot, and golden spices, complete the offering.
