The apartments

Payment plans:
The luxurious apartments can be secured on a three year payment plan with a 10% deposit on booking, with the next installment of 10% due 30 days after booking. An additional 5% is due at 90 days, 5% due at 180 days, and then 8 quarterly installments of 3.75% will be taken.
The remaining 40% is to be paid on handover which is scheduled for Q3 2026.

Community events with over 25 years of experience and 15 years of experience of inbound

established the business of destination weddings at most of the top hotels across UAE,
Turkey, Portugal over these years.
This gala event was the first mega launch and corporate event of Lucky Aeon. Lucky Aeon is a home grown, strongly rooted and dependable brand developing residential complexes for communities living in the in Middle East. My endeavor was to provide a turnkey concept for the launch and agent award appreciation which projected the company as a brand which resonates with the vision of UAE. By bringing in the artists, culture, music of our land into the reveal with a comical angle so it was light hearted and enjoyable, the evening was very well received with a great line up of OG’s of standup comedy in the region – Mina Liccione and Ali Al Sayed of Dubomedy, Eman Al Hashemi, the first UAE female pianist, composer in orchestra and music soundtrack and a talented international sand artist who drew a story board on the real estate industry and journey of Lucky Aeon.
The turnkey event conceptualisation, orchestration, planning, PR and social media marketing and execution for this event was solely based on projecting the brand Lucky Aeon as deep rooted in the cultural thread of the society, which consciously provides worldclass amenities, hospitality, quality, development, progressive design, comfort, safety and a haven for multi-ethnic communities.
