This year’s Egyptian service month targets owners of the S3, S2, J2, J3 and J5 models, who are being invited to visit JAC outlets for three complementary filter changes, free vehicle check-up, and maintenance advice during the campaigns. JAC’s VIP customers can also receive a free home visit and one-to-one consultation through the company’s ‘mobile’ service. JAC plans to use customer feedback to continually improve its products and services, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The company has sold 2,500 passenger vehicles in the Egyptian market since 2007. JAC’s compact SUV sales champion, the S3, has performed particularly well in the country since it was released there last year. The S3 has achieved a monthly sales breakthrough of 100 units and has won much praise from customers. Similarly, the S2 has begun to win the hearts of customers across Egypt since it’s release in March this year.
JAC’s service philosophy is “accurate information, fast response, effective solution, high satisfaction,” and the company has a great reputation for effectively solving customers’ problems quickly and efficiently. JAC holds a service month every year across key regional markets such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Algeria and the UAE, with the key aim of ensuring customer satisfaction. The company has also dispatched a number of technical and customer service experts to these markets in order to train its distributors and provide assistance to customers. JAC will launch its next service month in Algeria, the companies top light-duty truck export market, and continue pursuing its aim of ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.
