- Jubail 360 will give guests the chance to get a 360-degree view of the island
Abu Dhabi: Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has announced the completion of the project’s “Jubail 360” deck. Standing 9 meters on the hill of Marfa Al Jubail.
The deck will provide visitors with a 360-degree view of the island through which they can preview the iconic new addition to Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape.
Located beside the JIIC sales office, Jubail 360 will provide the customers with the opportunity to have a closer look at the construction progress as it develops into a community in the heart of the capital.
JIIC confirms that the project is on-track and all works are set to be completed on time, with land plots ready to be handed over starting June 2022 and villa hand-over to commence on October 2023.
The island’s landmark community will offer residents a sophisticated, low-density lifestyle accompanied by amenities in the heart of the scenic landscape of the mangroves.
Jubail Island will feature a range of retail, coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment, and recreation facilities including a business centre, a sports centre, parks, schools, supermarkets, nurseries, a community club, specialised clinics, and other commercial establishments.
The AED10 billion Jubail Island project, owned by JIIC and developed and managed by LEAD Development, will be home to an idyllic collection of six residential village estates located between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
