Abu Dhabi, August , 2026: Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) is set to participate in the International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition 2026 – Abu Dhabi (ADIHEX) as the Preservation of Environment and Cultural Heritage Sector Sponsor. Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, and organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the exhibition will take place from August 28 to September 6, 2026, at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
This participation reflects the Fund’s role as an enabler of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, by providing entrepreneurs with direct opportunities to engage with customers, buyers and partners, test their products and services in a real market environment, and build business relationships and networks that strengthen their readiness, support business expansion and drive sustainable growth.
The Fund supports the participation of 17 Emirati enterprises at Stand No. 6-010 in Hall 6, representing a wide range of sectors, including Emirati heritage and crafts, fashion and design, equestrian and outdoor activities, food and natural products, sports and entertainment, creative services, and specialised solutions for outdoor activities. This highlights the diversity of the Emirati entrepreneurship ecosystem and the potential of national enterprises to build businesses around elements of local culture and heritage, transforming them into contemporary products, services, and experiences that respond to the needs of modern markets while retaining a strong connection to national identity.
Among the participating enterprises are Al Akufa, which specialises in Emirati heritage canes, daggers, and swords; ZOVA, which offers contemporary Emirati clothing inspired by elements of environment and local heritage; ALSADU, a heritage and creative project linked to Emirati cultural identity; Hind Art, which offers contemporary artistic products inspired by falconry, equestrianism, hunting, and the desert; Das Fabric for Textiles, which specialises in Emirati kandura design; and Arban Sunglasses, which specialises in sunglasses.
The participating enterprises in the equestrian, outdoor activities, sports, and entertainment sectors include Al Koss Equestrian, which offers equestrian, eco-tourism, and heritage experiences; Albayareq, which specialises in camping and outdoor equipment; Al Fares Hobby Sports, which provides communications equipment and products supporting outdoor, off-road, marine, hunting, equestrian, and camel-related activities; City Park Entertainment, which offers sports, leisure, and cultural activities; ADO Sports Equipments, an Emirati sportswear brand; and Diveholic, which specialises in hunting and diving products.
In the local food, products, and creative services sectors, participating enterprises include PAL Coffee, which specialises in coffee; Al Nhall Al Emirati, which specialises in Emirati honey; and Liwa Gate, which manufactures and distributes food products. In addition, MALBO General Trading, which offers a mobile event photography booth, and Boomah The Owl Café, which presents an interactive owl photography experience, will also participate at the exhibition.
ADIHEX provides a specialised platform that seamlessly integrates heritage, culture, outdoor, lifestyle, and commercial opportunities, enabling small and medium‑sized enterprises to engage directly with the market. For Emirati enterprises, the exhibition offers a valuable commercial setting to measure demand, understand consumer trends, and learn about best practices, while enhancing their competitiveness and ability to grow.
