
Taking place in Seoul from May 15th – 19th 2017, the aim of the biennial Kia World Service Advisor Competition is to encourage Service Advisors to improve and enhance their customer consulting skills, show the world their expertise in delivering the Kia Service Process and reward the most talented individuals. Contestants from 47 countries participated in this third ever contest, which was divided into three parts; a written test, a video quiz and a role playing practical test.
“This achievement shows the world-class capabilities of Al Majid Motors service staff and the effective training they continue to receive through company’s programmes. We hope this will motivate other Service Advisors to excel in their profession, to be the next representatives and to bring home more awards from the upcoming Service Advisor contests.
