- The first edition of Landmark Arabia’s talent recognition programme honoured 160 graduates from five flagship learning and development programmes across Riyadh and Dammam
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, July 2026: Landmark Arabia celebrated the inaugural edition of “Landmark Stars,” its new platform dedicated to recognising the achievements of its top talent across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, honouring 160 graduates who successfully completed five of the company’s flagship learning and development programmes.
Graduation ceremonies were held in Riyadh and Dammam, bringing together employees who completed a full year of structured education, leadership development, and professional capability building through the following Landmark Arabia programmes: the Supervisor Development Program, the Store Manager Development Program, the “Sumou” Women’s Leadership Empowerment Program, the Area Manager Development Programme, and the Business Excellence Programme.
The graduation ceremonies were attended by Aarti Jagtiani, Group Director, Landmark Group; T S Vedapuri, Chief Country Officer, Landmark Arabia; Yasser Alqahtani, Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Landmark Arabia; and Abdulrahman Aldossary, Chief Administration Officer, Landmark Arabia, alongside esteemed guests from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in addition to Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, Secretary General of the Asharqia Chamber (Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce), along with several officials from the Chambers of Commerce, and other government delegation.
Nujoum Landmark forms part of the company’s broader investment in workforce development and talent progression. Over the past year, Landmark Arabia delivered more than 79,000 learning opportunities to over 4,290 employees, including 95% of its Saudi workforce, reflecting its commitment to developing national talent. The company employs more than 9,700 people across the Kingdom, with Saudi nationals representing more than half of its workforce.
