The Letsia Forward Program officially launched the first day of hands-on training today as part of its core phase, welcoming entrepreneurs and selected companies into the practical stage of the program. This marks the transition from preparation to real execution and applied learning.
The first training day witnessed strong attendance and active engagement from participants, as sessions began according to a structured plan focused on practical work and building solid foundations to help startups refine their business models and prepare for the next stages of growth.
Initial sessions addressed key themes that form the core of the program’s content, including understanding each venture’s current structure, identifying challenges, and developing an initial execution framework to transform ideas into actionable and measurable steps.
The day also provided opportunities for networking and collaboration among participants, alongside open discussions that contributed to a highly interactive environment encouraging experience sharing and collective learning.
The launch of hands-on training aligns with the vision of Letsia Youth, supported by Letsia Holding, to deliver a program that goes beyond theory and focuses on real empowerment through continuous follow-up and practical guidance for participating companies.
The core training phase is set to continue for three consecutive months, featuring specialized training sessions, direct mentorship, and regular progress reviews aimed at supporting participating startups in building scalable businesses and achieving tangible outcomes.
