Nakheel Mall and Ibn Battuta Mall host photography exhibition featuring Chinese artists

See Dubai through the eyes of Chinese photographers until 10 October

The event, on now at Nakheel Mall until 23 September and at Ibn Battuta Mall from 3 to 10 October, showcases Dubai through the lenses of Chinese photographers, with stories and heartfelt moments from those who call Dubai home, and those who have visited as tourists.

          The free-to-enter exhibition is being held in partnership with the Chinese Consulate in Dubai and Seeniun Magazine.

Artists include:

  • Zhang Shumin: focusing on landscape, portrait and city photography, Shumin’s work is collected and sold on the Dubai-based, online Monda Gallery and published in the international professional photography platform;
  • Jiang Hao: hosting his own exhibition “Shalou (Hourglass)”, Hao is a member of the China Photographers Association and has had his work exhibited on Pingyao International Photography Festival in 2014;
  • Justine Zhao: focusing on beauty and human interactions, Zhao tells stories through her photography of day-to-day interactions and nature.

Nakheel Mall and Ibn Battuta Mall’s opening hours are 10 am to 10 pm Saturday to Wednesday, and 10 am to 12 midnight Thursday to Friday.

About Nakheel Mall
