Building on Longevium’s three-clinic network in Dubai, the lab will translate clinical data into AI-powered tools for biological-age assessment, digital twins, early disease detection, regenerative medicine and personalized healthspan extension
Dubai, UAE – August, 2026: Longevium, a Dubai-based longevity clinic network and next-generation preventive healthcare ecosystem, has begun construction of a new Longevity AI Research Laboratory at Dubai Science Park, with the facility scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The announcement follows the closing of Longevium’s first investment round, through which the company raised $7 million to establish the lab and accelerate the development of new longevity technologies, diagnostics and clinical research programs.
The project supports Dubai’s long-term strategy to advance longevity medicine and aligns with the vision of the Dubai Longevity Authority, helping strengthen the emirate’s position as a global hub for longevity research, healthcare innovation and preventive medicine.
The new facility will not operate as another clinic. It will serve as a dedicated research and development hub, connecting AI, biomedical research and clinical practice to develop technologies designed to predict health risks, measure biological aging and extend healthy lifespan.
The Longevity AI Research Lab at Dubai Science Park will build on technologies already in clinical use across Longevium’s network. These include Doctor Deep, an AI assistant for physicians and a biological age app. The Lab will explore new AI-driven innovations in the following areas:
- Digital Twins: Patient-specific digital twins built using Yamanaka factors, allowing physicians to test medications and personalized treatment protocols on a patient’s twin before clinical use, while also assessing disease risk.
- Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering: Research focused on regenerative therapies, advanced cell technologies, tissue engineering, and next-generation approaches to restoring organ function.
- Robotic Diagnostics & Next-Generation Wearables: Swallowable capsules for gastrointestinal imaging, automated AI skin scanners for early melanoma detection, and smart contact lenses that continuously monitor health through analysis of tear fluid.
- Noble Gas Therapy: A dedicated research program investigating the therapeutic potential of noble gases. Xenon is currently the most clinically advanced, with evidence for organ protection and treatment of stress-related conditions, alongside emerging research in neurodegenerative diseases. Argon, helium, and krypton are being explored as earlier-stage research programs.
- Biological Age Platform: Developing healthy aging datasets, integrating laboratory biomarkers, ultrasound imaging, body composition analysis, and wearable device data. The goal is to build the region’s reference AI model for biological age.

The lab will be built on Longevium’s existing clinical network of three Dubai clinics in Jumeirah 3, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Jumeirah Village Circle. The network, supported by a multidisciplinary team of nearly 100 physicians and specialists, has served more than 30,000 patients and provides an established clinical environment for longitudinal data collection, product development and the validation of new approaches to preventive and longevity medicine.
