Samuel Graham – Head of Food & Beverage Operations:
In the dynamic world of hospitality, Samuel Graham stands out with his adventurous spirit and deep passion for culinary excellence. From his humble beginnings as a waiter to his current role as the Head of Food & Beverage at Media One Hotel, Samuel’s career has been defined by his dedication to innovation, developing unique concepts, and supporting his teams’ growth and development. His journey boasts a series of exceptional management roles, including General Manager of renowned venues in Dubai. As the Head of Food & Beverage at Media One Hotel, Samuel oversees five key venues, focusing on fostering a sense of individuality and excellence in each establishment.
Jan Majerski – Hotel Operations Manager:
Jan Majerski brings a diverse range of regional and international experiences in hospitality to his new role as Hotel Operations Manager at Media One Hotel. Having completed a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and a master’s degree in business administration, Jan climbed the ranks from housekeeping to Front Office Supervisor in various hotels, including renowned properties in Birmingham and London. His journey led him to Dubai, where he excelled as General Manager and Operations Manager at prestigious hotels. Now overseeing the hotel’s operations, Jan is committed to enhancing guest experiences and driving continuous financial improvement, all while fostering a vibrant team culture.
Kyle Dyason – Manager, garden on 8:
Kyle Dyason, the energetic Manager at garden on 8, Media One Hotel, is passionate for creating unforgettable experiences in the dynamic world of food and beverage, which shines through his impressive career. Starting from a young age as a barback and dishwasher in South Africa, Kyle quickly climbed the ladder and embraced opportunities in Dubai’s F&B industry, holding key roles at various venues. Now thriving as the Manager for garden on 8 and M1 Express department (In-room Dining) at Media One Hotel, Kyle takes pride in managing guest experiences, staff development, F&B offerings, promotions, and entertainment.
Additionally, Lina Yousif, the former Learning and Development Manager (HR) has been internally promoted to the position of Head of People & Culture.
