Abu Dhabi, UAE –October, 2025 – NOORA, the UAE’s pioneering cross-industry women’s leadership network, hosted the graduation ceremony of the two first NOORA cohorts at Emirates Global Aluminum’s headquarters in Al Taweelah, bringing together distinguished leaders, partners, and supporters to celebrate the achievements of its graduating cohorts.
The ceremony was inaugurated by Her Highness Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa al Nahyan, co-founder, Aurora50, alongside Abdulnasser Ibrahim Saif Bin Kalban, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Global Aluminium.
This year’s edition saw the graduation of 147 women from diverse industries such as energy, aviation, banking, healthcare, legal etc.
Launched with the support of founding partners — Emirates Group, Emirates Global Aluminium, Accenture, ENOC, and TAQA — as well as corporate supporters including Aramex, M42, TAQA Distribution, FAB, CBI, Hadef&Partners NOORA has built a unique platform for high-potential women to accelerate their leadership journey within the industrial sector.
Her Highness Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Co-founder of Aurora50 said:

Over the past 24 months, NOORA members have undertaken a comprehensive leadership development journey, combining leadership development, mentorship and cross-industry networking, which contributed in developing their soft skills, expanding their professional networks, and enhancing their readiness to take on senior roles across industries.

The ceremony highlighted the critical role of NOORA’s partners and sponsors, whose support has enabled the network to drive measurable progress in leadership readiness, retention, and engagement for women across industries.
