Organic Foods & Café has teamed up with nutritionist Harriet Hills to launch a free 30-Day Detox Challenge, designed to help the community reset after the festive season and build healthier habits that actually last.
Running from Monday 12 January to Monday 9 February, the challenge offers a realistic, guided reset focusing on gut health, nourishment, structure, and rest, without restriction or extreme dieting. Participants will receive weekly expert-led videos, achievable wellness targets, nourishing recipes, access to an exclusive online portal, and two live coaching calls with Harriet Hills to keep them supported and accountable throughout the month.
The four-week journey begins with a gentle gut reset, easing digestion back into balance after the holidays. It then moves into building calm, supportive eating routines that fit real life, followed by a detox-focused phase centred on whole foods and supporting the body’s natural cleansing systems. The final week focuses on rest and recovery, helping participants improve sleep, energy, and evening routines so they finish the challenge feeling lighter, clearer, and re-energised from the inside out.
