Dubai-UAE:October 2024 – The Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils this week convenes in Dubai for the second consecutive year where decisionmakers, senior government officials and thought leaders are working to inform the agenda of the 2025 World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos in January.
The network of Global Future Councils represents a 16-year partnership between the UAE Government and WEF, reflecting a shared appreciation of the need for international cooperation in shaping a better future. The partnership embodies the UAE’s philosophy that building the future is a mission for today.
Under this mission, the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils (AMGFC24) hosted 30 Future Council Spotlight sessions on Wednesday addressing key trends impacting societies and economies.
