
The “trifola” was hidden underground, below an old oak tree, in the rolling hills of Sienna, Tuscany, before being sniffed out by a highly-trained dog named Bella and her truffle hunter of an owner, Angiolino. Now, the “Truffle Man” who brought it to its new home at Roberto’s in Abu Dhabi is no other than the passionate Massimo Vironi, Founder and CEO of ItalTouch, also responsible for putting a huge smile on Chef Francesco Guarracino’s face:
