STEP is an e-learning and competitive program for Samsung System Air conditioning SAC partners across MENA, which was created by Samsung MENA’s RHQ AC team. Its goal is to foster e-learning culture, increase product understanding, and improve partners’ sales skills. The e-learning classes cover product features, with a focus on WindFreeTM indoor units across all types (4way/1way cassette, wall-mounted), PODs, and an introduction to DVM Pro2.0 (Samsung SAC Design tool).
Participants must successfully complete four stages, which include e-learning, an online test, a project design competition, and a sales presentation competition. Additionally, the STEP 2021 initiative resulted in a 444% increase in e-learning in the first half of 2021. These trainings equipped partners with the skills necessary to create optimal systems that will aid them in securing strategic business opportunities.

The MSA University project was one of the largest modern university construction projects in Cairo, Egypt. Its intention was to extend its campus by adding six new structures. This PJT replaced air-cooled chillers and the fan coil unit (FCU) with novel technologies, such as variable refrigerant flow (VRF) solutions and 360 cassette and WindFree wall mounted units in older buildings.
