The nine episode show “Cooking with Howayda”, showcases the culinary enthusiast giving viewers healthy traditional recipes for Iftar such as “Cooking with Howayda”, along with new twists on classic flavors for their families to enjoy during the month of Ramadan.
Abu Heif hosted the MBC program Green Apple, the most popular and longest running health and wellness show in the Arab world for almost 15 years, establishing herself as a household name to millions of Arabs in the region and abroad. She is proud to be producing content that promotes health and nutritious meals by giving the people an opportunity to enjoy cooking at home. In addition to practical tips on how to stay fit and healthy while fasting, the show will highlight the advantages of home-made dishes in promoting physical and mental fitness throughout the month.
Using her extensive knowledge in the field, Abu Heif will use Seara’s diverse portfolio of high-quality frozen proteins including whole chicken and chicken parts, as well as breaded chicken, seafood, vegetables, potatoes to whip us easy, quick and wholesome recipes suitable for the whole family.
