St. George’s University School of Medicine to Participate at BMI’s 11th UAE Education Fair

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – St. George’s University (SGU) School of Medicine Grenada, in the Caribbean, announces its participation in BMI’s 11th UAE Education Fair. The event will take place in Dubai on the 11th and 12th of March at Crowne Plaza Dubai and on the 13th at Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort.

At the fair, SGU will help prospective students find more information about what it means to have a truly international medical education. With over 45 years of experience in training medical professionals, SGU’s School of Medicine will showcase its career outcomes, strong alumni network and the US and UK pathways available to the attendees. This event also offers an opportunity for attendees to ask questions about admission requirements and gain insights into life in Grenada.

“Through our presence at events such as BMI, we hope to inspire and guide future doctors and medical students in their journey towards international medical education. The event provides a platform for aspiring students to explore the opportunity of gaining clinical experience in the US and UK, and to discover the option of starting their medical education immediately after graduating from high school. Once again, we reinforce our commitment to helping students make informed choices about their future”, said David Anthonisz, Executive Director, International Student Recruitment at SGU.

“We are thrilled to have St. George’s University School of Medicine join us this year with BMI in the UAE. We aim to continue connecting students who aspire to study abroad with institutional and senior level government representatives, school principals, counsellors, and agents. Having SGU at the event, we will surely be able to empower the next generation of doctors to take their first steps in pursuing a medical education”, commented Spencer Hawkes, on behalf of BMI.

BMI has been connecting the international education industry since 1987. Recently, the fair has joined the Times Higher Education family, which further strengthens its position as the leading global organizer of international student recruitment fairs and scholarship summits.

St. George’s University School of Medicine encourages all interested students and parents to visit the education fair and learn more about the opportunities available to them.
