With over a decade of progressive experience across renowned luxury hotels in Europe and Australia, Crisdean has cultivated a strong foundation in quality assurance, guest engagement, and team development. He most recently played a key role in the successful pre-opening of W Edinburgh, where he led quality assurance and service readiness initiatives across departments.
Throughout his career, he has led initiatives to elevate service standards, enhance operational efficiency, and implement global quality frameworks that align with leading hospitality benchmarks.
In his new role, Crisdean will oversee the resort’s quality and guest experience programs, ensuring continued alignment with The Ritz-Carlton brand promise and fostering a culture of excellence across all departments.
