Love at First Bite: FIX Turns its Community’s Words into a Freakin’ Incredible Love Letter to Dubai
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, August 2026: FIX Dessert Chocolatier, the homegrown creator of The Original Dubai Chocolate, has unveiled its new From Dubai, With Love Hero Box, turning 100 heartfelt messages shared by the FIX community at Kite Beach into a new Freakin’ Incredible ’Xperience.
Behind every message is a person that is at the heart of this story. The messages capture sentiments of love, hope, humour and belonging, turning the words of the FIX community into something that can now be seen, shared, gifted and tasted. And with thousands more shared at Kite Beach, these first 100 are only part of the story.
The idea began at FIX’s Messages from the UAE experience at Kite Beach between 9th – 10th of May 2026, where more than 6,500 people came together to share their words and feelings. Now, 100 of those messages live across the From Dubai, With Love Hero Box in six languages, celebrating the different voices and cultures that make up the FIX community and the UAE.

When thousands of people shared their words with us at Kite Beach, we knew we wanted to do something special with them. This box is our love letter back to Dubai and the community.
