The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi brings exciting 10-day line-up of fun, food, art and music to UAE capital’s Corniche from December 9 – 18
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Families and fun-seekers will be flocking to Abu Dhabi’s Corniche from tomorrow as the hugely popular Mother of the Nation (MOTN) Festival makes its much-anticipated return to the UAE capital.
Organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), and running from December 9-18, the event will include unmissable attractions such as performances by renowned international and regional artists, a symphony of global flavours served up by well-known food vendors, unique activations for all ages, a dedicated shopping district featuring luxury retail brands and much, muchmore.
The extravaganza will provideresidents and tourists with access to a host of extraordinaryactivities across six zones, along with plenty of instagrammable opportunities.In addition, to ensure thesafety of visitors, vendorsand organisers,the MOTNFestival willcomply with theGo Safe Certification, a pioneering programme launched by DCT Abu Dhabi to enforceglobal standards of hygieneat hotels, events, attractions and venues across the emirate.

Health and Safety Guidelines
In line with the government regulations, the following guidelines applytoall visitors attending the MOTN Festival:
- Attendees aged 16 years and above must show vaccinated status and the ‘Green Pass’on the Al Hosn app.
- Attendees below the age of 16 years do not require a PCR test.
- DPI tests will not be accepted.
Held at the Abu Dhabi Corniche, MOTN 2021 will run from December 9 – 18, from 4pmto midnight during weekdays, and from 2pmto midnight on weekends.
