Shared priorities across the alliance include:

- Scoping and executing sovereign AI pilots for government and enterprise operators
- Enabling integration paths that deliver measurable operational outcomes under full data sovereignty
- Advancing go‑to‑market frameworks aligned to national AI strategies across the region
