- The Centre is aiming to support clients and establish a more attractive investment environment in the emirate.
Ajman: The management committee at the Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Centre – a subsidiary of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry – issued its new price list for arbitration and service charges, cutting fees by up to 30%.
The reduced pricing aims to ease the burden on the Centre’s clients and provide quality services that boost economic growth and help establish an attractive investment environment in the Emirate of Ajman.
The Centre offers specialist services to support economic sectors in Ajman, ensure economic stability, and create a safe and attractive environment for foreign and local investment. “The Centre’s services provide flexible solutions for resolving commercial disputes, in line with international best practices in the sector,” asserted Ahmed Khalifa Al-Muwaiji, General Secretary of the Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Centre. “This, in turn, lays the foundations for a safe investment environment, capable of addressing and overcoming all challenges.”
