AstraZeneca earns the Best Place to Work Certification across its operations in North Africa and Levant

LONDON: AstraZeneca, an affiliate of the multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, has been recently recognized as one of the best places to work in North Africa and Levant for 2022. AstraZeneca outperformed the employee experience index with its unique culture, robust professional development, and commitment to employee recognition and appreciation. Some of the assessment results include:

  • 84% of employees said the company is an employer of choice, reflecting its commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
  • 82% of the employees feel a sense of value and respect in the company workplace
