The 499-unit 98%-complete community is now getting its final touches
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the 98 per cent construction completion of Star, an exceptionally well-connected condominium project strategically located in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor – Al Furjan.
In line with Azizi Developments’ high-quality constriction-driven approach and commitment to timely delivery, the developer is all set to finalise the 499 units, 486 of which are residential with the other 13 being highly sought-after retail spaces. The residential units comprise 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedrooms apartments, and 10 spacious, luxurious sky villas. The handover is scheduled for the month of June.
Star’s structure, blockwork, internal plaster and tiling are all 100 per cent complete, while both the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix have recorded 98%. Progress on the external works has reached 90 per cent, with the swimming pool now being more than 87 per cent complete. The façade works now stand at 100 per cent, and overall finishing and elevator works are being finalised with them being 99 per cent done.
