Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, is investing over AED 100 million into the landscaping and further enhancements of Riviera’s phases 1 and 2, to develop lifestyle-enhancing communal spaces.
This announcement comes in light of Azizi Developments’ drive to further advance its customer experience through an array of proactive residential beautification schemes and the development of a balanced, healthy residential community that grants residents a dynamic lifestyle. The landscaping additions will encompass several key features, including swimming pools, yoga studios, barbeque facilities, shaded playgrounds for kids and more.
In his comments on this announcement, which comes as a free-of-charge surprise to Azizi’s investors, Mohamed Ragheb Hussein, Executive Director – Engineering Division, said: “With Riviera being a sizable community and there being plenty of public communal space, we have decided to make good use of it by surprising our valued customers with a wide array of added facilities. It is beautification efforts such as these that enhance lives and increase ROIs, leaving our customers satisfied. Earlier this year, Azizi Developments has invested over AED 10 million to surprise customers with further enhancements to Mina on Palm Jumeirah, as well as over AED 88 million for interior design enhancements at Riviera.
