Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the rapid construction progress of its prestigious Park Avenue II project, located in MBR City, with it now being 81% complete. The completion date is set for Q2 2023. Tiling, HVAC, and MEP now stand at 89%, 84%, and 77% respectively, while external works are 40% complete. The swimming pool is 47% done, and the façade is 95% finalised. Overall finishes are now at 66%.
