Sloanes KSA recognised under Africa & Arabia Category in 2016/2017
Jeddah: Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, a subsidiary of the SABBAN Group of Companies, has been honoured by the International Property Awards, with Bayat Plaza being ‘Highly Commended’ for ‘Best High-Rise Development in Saudi Arabia’.
Sloanes Real Estate, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Bayat Plaza, received the commendation for ‘Best High-Rise Development in Saudi Arabia’ under the Africa & Arabia category at a special ceremony that was held in September. The 2016/2017 edition of the awards also marked the 25th anniversary of the programme.

The project will include two neighbouring towers that will offer 268 luxury apartments including 2 bedroom apartments, 3 and 4 bedroom duplexes and 5 bedroom penthouses.
A full mock-up ‘Bayat Plaza’ apartment is available for viewing at the Sloanes Real Estate Showroom. Interested buyers can now experience first-hand the distinguished lifestyle and luxury offered by the project, and take advantage of off-plan sales.
As of September 2016, construction of ‘Bayat Plaza’ is 74% complete and development is expected to be ready by the end of 2017.
